To open a Corporate Account, you need to complete all relevant portions of the application form/account mandate and return along with the following documents:

1. Two duly completed signature cards;

2. Two reference forms duly completed by two corporate bodies maintaining current account with a bank in Nigeria;

3. Two passport photographs of each signatory (name of signatory to be written at the back);

4. Certificate of Incorporation;

5. Certified True Copy of Memorandum and Articles of Association

6. Certified True Copy of the Particulars of Directors (Form CO7);

7. Certified True Copy of the Allotment of Shares (Form CO2);

8. Certificate of Commencement of Business (applicable only to a Public Limited Liability Company);

9. Certificate of Exemption from using “limited” after business name (where applicable);

10. Board resolution authorizing the company to open the account (included in this package) - to be executed under seal;

11. Document of identification of each signatory e.g. International Passport or Driver’s License

12. Resident Permit (for foreign nationals only);

13. Utility Bill (NEPA/NITEL/Water Bill), Rental Receipt or Lease Agreement

14. Postage Stamp

1. Certificate of Membership of Pharmaceutical Companies

2. Retention of Premises Certificate

3. Annual Licence of Practice All original documents must be sighted
